About
My name is Karo, which is Urhobo for God is Supreme. I was born in Nigeria, raised in Ireland, and am currently based in the U.S. I fuse art and technology to create engaging and emotive experiences through Visual Design, Art Direction and Extended Reality (VR/AR/XR)
Guided by imagination and the spirit of innovation, I aim to provoke thought and stimulate the human mind. My current areas of focus include Afro Futurism, The Ethics in Technology, Sustainability, and the Psychology of Spirituality.
I am fortunate to be recognized both nationally and globally in notable spaces such as Carnegie Hall, Essence Fest, and Vienna's Desiderio Gallery.

artist statement
I am deeply intrigued by the divine nature of dreams, and the seemingly infiniteness of our mind. Therefore I use my art to explore these mysteries in an attempt to express our existence. By fusing digital art and motion design, I craft “Visual Poetry”– a term I coined to describe the composition of my work. Some of my work was born out of dreams while some are uncalculated streams of consciousness.
My goal is to communicate these theories and concepts through multi-media forms of expression.
