The Vault is an interactive virtual experience that leverages the 3D design to curate a safe space for teams to bond.
In today's fast-paced, global work environment, multi-locational teams often struggle to forge genuine connections with each other, leading to disengagement and a lack of trust. By harnessing the power of the metaverse, each Heart2Heart session aims to craft a virtual "safe space" where every individual feels cherished, valued, and understood.
The "Vault" was designed to effectively host and facilitate each Heart 2 Heart session and it's activities.H2H comprises of curated activities that are intentionally designed to gently break down walls between team members and generate an environment of trust and openness. Each session is a fusion of the various flavors such as gamification, self discovery, feedback, etc.
